Nova lei de licitações nº 14.133/2021: mudanças e impactos.

Abstract

This research has the goal of analyzing the New Public Bidding Law nº 14.133/2021 in the realm of Administrative Law and its changes in comparison to previous bidding laws, through qualitative bibliographic review of legal theory and doctrine. It was aimed to comprehend how this law inserts itself in the current context of national law, its legal principles, bidding modalities and judgement criteria, evaluating if the new law accomplished its goal of normatizing and modernizing the brazilian bidding legislation, considering the limits of jurisprudence during the transitional period of the aforementioned law.
