Políticas públicas de ressocialização sob a perspectiva do implemento de atividades criativas nas prisões: estudo comparado entre Brasil e Noruega.
Resumo
This study is dedicated to analyzing Public Policies for Resocialization from the
Perspective of Implementing Creative Activities in Prisons, making a comparative study
between Brazil and Norway. The aim is, mainly, to instruct and discuss why public policies in
the Brazilian prison environment are not efficient to prevent recidivism, as in the Norwegian
prison system. The study also addresses the observance of the Federal Constitution regarding
the effectiveness of the Principles of Human Dignity, aiming to identify the damage caused by
the (non)observance of such fundamental precept for the Democratic Rule of Law. Analyzes
the similarities and differences between Brazilian and Norwegian legislation. Thus, the research
demonstrates the real effectiveness of the Brazilian prison system, analyzing the fundamental
rights for its prison population, comparing and analyzing the measures adopted by Norway,
such as structural changes in its prisons, prioritization of educational measures, offering courses
and works for its inmates, removing the day-to-day idleness, ensuring an environment of mental
and social stimulation. The present one tries to bring contributions that may reflect in
resocialization under the Perspective of Implementing Creative Activities in Prisons, making a
comparative study with the Norwegian Prison System. Finally, this research analyzes the
guarantee of human rights for prisoners in the Brazilian Prison System, in an attempt to provide
incarcerated subjects with dignity and better living conditions.
