Análise crítica sobre a Lei Maria da Penha.
Resumo
The present course conclusion work was prepared as a request for the completion of
the undergraduate course in Law at Faculdade Ari de Sá, had as its central theme a
critical analysis of the Maria da Penha Law, addressing the social and legal impacts of
the Law, reporting the situation of women victims of violence, the institutions for
combating and protecting women in Brazilian society, the positions of the Superior
Courts, in relation to the interpretation and application of the aforementioned Law.
Guidelines were applied for the development of the referred course completion work
(TCC), a bibliographic survey of the topic was carried out, using national and
international works, scientific articles and other academic texts, as well as the
Constitution, Maria da Penha Law and of the Special Courts, so that the reader has an
analysis, precise and complete compression on this work.
