Faturamento incorreto por responsabilidade da distribuidora de energia eletrica: análise do art.113 da resolução n°414/2010 da ANEEL.
Resumo
This research aims to analyze the application of constitutional principles of
contradictory and broad defense in relation to article 113 of Resolution No. 414/2010
of ANEEL. The main purpose is to observe the applicability of the aforementioned
principles, as well as expose the rights and duties of consumers, in addition to
exemplifying the jurisprudential and doctrinal understandings with regard to Normative
Resolution No. 414/2010 of the National Electric Energy Agency. For the elaboration
of this monographic work, bibliographical research will be used, mainly books,
scientific articles, jurisprudential decisions, among other sources.
