    Resumo
Since the end of 2019, a pandemic of the new Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been discussed in traditional media and especially in digital media around the world. In Brazilian society, this situation caused several uncertainties in the population, which, in an unrestrained search for information about the new disease and the measures to combat it, caused an increase in the spread of false news. With institutions in crisis, authorities lose credibility and we are experiencing the Post-Truth Era, where they reign as false news. In this work, a comparison will be presented between the State Law nº 17,207 and the Theory of Responsive Regulation, which can be a useful model for the legislator-regulator entity's attempt to remedy the scenario of dysinfodemia related to the new coronavirus in the State of Ceará, as well as we will deal in an expository way with this scenario of false news, misinformation and disinformation in Brazil during a COVID-19 pandemic.Throughout this research, it isnotedthatdespitelegislativeeffortstoreducethesharingof fake news within social networks, the responses andproposals for regularizationatnationalandstatelevelhavenotyetmanagedtoadapt in a waythatprovidesplausibleresults for mitigatetheharmfuleffectsofthe spread of false news
