Estudo comparativo de custo e planejamento entre os modelos estruturais de concreto armado e perfil metálico para uma obra residencial.
Resumo
The present study aims to compare budget and planning of the same building
in two different structural models, which are the metallic structure and reinforced
concrete. Its aims to dimension both structures, to withdraw the necessary amount of
information for the execution of both structures, and then calculate the necessary
amount of time to build both structures and finds the total cost of both structures,
considering the current prices of the civil construction market and the SEINFRA cost
table. The metal structure was calculated using the CYPE3D software and the
reinforced concrete structure was calculated using the TQS software and all the
quantitative that were extracted were withdraw through them. The elaboration of the
budget sheets of both structures were made by using the Excel software, based on the
prices of the current construction market scenario, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The structure made in metallic profiles was 123% more expensive than reinforced
concrete. The elaboration of the needed time for the execution of both buildings was
also done using the Excel software, where the metallic structure was shown, through
calculations, to be executed 68% faster than the one made with reinforced concrete,
showing that the two structural methods have a considerably large relation both in cost
and planning ratio.
