projeto integrador como estratégia de metodologias ativas para o ensino de engenharia
Resumo
Nowadays, with globalization and the exacerbated growth of the economy, the need
for qualified professionals is increasingly reinforced. This need imposed by the lack of
more qualified agents has as a justification criterion the poor preparation received over
the 5 years of the course, such that aligned the lack of opportunities and few work
experiences, develops a professional who is not qualified to fill vacancies. greater
professional stamp. The search for new quality standards has become a necessity for
good performance at work. The new market of the 21st century seeks professionals
with criteria of multidisciplinarity of knowledge and multifunctionality of competences
in the scope of innovation and creation of solutions in the most typical connections
between work areas. The present work studies a teaching model based on an
integrative project, in which several steps are taken to develop an engineer capable of
meeting the needs of the current market. Such methodology is based on divisions and
teachings based on the interconnection of knowledge between disciplines where such
knowledge, throughout the course are put into practice through the integration of
disciplines, the integrative project discipline being the main part of this integration.
Thus, this study aims to present and analyze the pedagogical proposal of Faculdade
Ari de Sá through the use of the mental map that gave rise to the curricular matrix of
the Civil Engineering course and through this analysis to propose improvements and
changes aiming at a better theoretical application and practice throughout the
semesters
