Alienação parental: descortinando práticas que obstaculizam o desenvolvimento integral de crianças e adolescentes.
Resumo
The present work analyzes the issue of parental alienation with the approach of practices of parents that make it difficult for the family to live with the parent who does not have custody of the child, preventing their participation in the child's social life, in order to specify the characteristics of parental alienation in the search for solutions for the harm it causes to minors. Entering the central theme, parental alienation is conceptualized with the presentation of its typical behaviors and sanctions applicable to the alienator, which can be anyone who exercises a power relationship over the child or adolescent. The rights of children and adolescents regarding their global development were identified, seeking to understand the impacts of parental alienation, with emphasis on its effects and psychological damage. The investigation showed the necessary problematization around the theme, which must be extended to families and society in general so that these practices are repressed and faced so that the fundamental rights of children and adolescents, as a special group of people in development, are respected and guaranteed also in everyday social practice.
