O uso de nudges na formulação de políticas públicas: o caso de general sampaio – ceará.
Resumo
This work aims, in an innovative way, to apply the nudge, a tool of behavioral
economics, to the formulation of public policies, for the achievement of specific
purposes, with respect to the problems that arose, after analysis, to the City of General
Sampaio, which belongs to the sertão of Ceará. In the research, the difficulty of
collection and consequently of investment was one of the limitations to be overcome,
in addition to this, the almost non-existent popular participation in the decision making
processes of the municipal public administration, also emerged needing to be faced.
Nevertheless, it was created, from the theoretical study, a formula for the application
of the ideas that emerged for the case, in a replicable and effectively responsive cycle,
as a return on this scientific construction.
