A psicopatologia do stalking: análise jurídica-penal do crime e o estudo psicopatológico sobre o agente criminoso.
Resumo
The present work has as main objective the combined study of two areas of knowledge,
Criminal Law and Psychopathology, and how this study can influence the treatment of
the crime of stalking, thus, going beyond what is said and applied by the law. This
interdisciplinarity will contribute to a more in-depth and complete examination of the
entire context that permeates the crime of persecution, such as a psychopathological
analysis of the criminal agent, as well as the victim, in addition to an entire investigation
of the development of the typical figure, its historical roots, main victims, means of
execution and legal-criminal consequences. From this analysis, it will try to demonstrate
the difference that the combined study of both areas can bring to the useful result of the
process, as well as the lives of those involved in the criminal fact under study.
