Proposição de melhorias no gerenciamento de obras através do lean e bim em um estudo de caso.
Resumo
The management of works in civil construction is a challenge, with the changes
that the industry has undergone over time and the substantial increase in
competitiveness, many companies seek to innovate their services, to prevent
them from becoming outdated, with this new management techniques and
construction planning has been emerging. Managing information based only on
the traditional 2D model has great potential to cause divergences, omissions,
doubts and duplications during the execution phase. In addition, the lack of
integration and communication of the current structure can cause delays and
additional costs and execution errors throughout the life cycle of the construction
project. Another factor that occurs in works is the waste caused by inefficient
management. Therefore, the present work, using the research strategy known as
case study, aims to clarify why the management of works is such an important
aspect, bringing concepts based on the bibliography of renowned authors in the
area in question, as well as new ones methods that help in this challenge, such
as Lean Construction and BIM that can enhance your results. Within this study,
data are presented from a referred work of the electrical installations of a building
located in the Aldeota neighborhood in Fortaleza-CE called Work A, where some
problems related to the inefficiency of management during the work were
diagnosed, which in turn caused in delays and increase in anticipated initial costs
and which instigated the research by bringing suggestions for applications such
as AGILEAN, EAP on site, PDCA cycle, REVIT that can help in the management
process, thus reducing time and additional costs in works.
