Abstract

This final paper will deal with a subject that has been much debated in Real Estate Law, which This scientific study aims to a subject that has been much debated in Real Estate Law, which is the possibility of Condominium Agreements prohibiting owners from making their properties available on the apps. To focus our research, we chose Airbnb, because it is the most used application in the world for advertising real estate. This study will also discuss the Rental Law and the Lodging Law to try to understand which institute is more suitable for Airbnb.
