Abstract

Brazil is a country where all kinds of prejudice exist, where people are despised for their differences, whether they are color, race, gender, religion, social class etc. One of the most experienced prejudices is racial, which is implemented in the most diverse structures, from social coexistence to institutional reality. The objective of this research is to identify how racial prejudice is experienced in National Public Security institutions, to know if there is any public policy implemented to monitor occurrences and what means are necessary to extinguish institutional prejudice.
