Abstract

The research presents the theme of emergency contracts within the scope of public companies delimited by those governed by Law 13.303/2016. The objective is to know what the financial impacts of this type of contract are, for which the bidding procedure is not necessary. Finally, the most expressive result was the conclusion that, despite the care required to apply emergency contracts, which really constitutes an emergency, it is possible to contract in this way, without negatively impacting the financial aspect of the contract.
