Resumo
This work aims to show that everyone has the right to the freedom to be who
they are, regardless of sexual orientation, and to demonstrate the reasons that
despite the basic victories for the LGBTQIA + community, there is still much to
be conquered. The focus of the work is to show that there is not only one family
model to be followed and the difficulties faced in the LGBTQIA+ community. I
thought it was important to show the lack of initiative of those who should
protect and meet the needs of all LGBTQIA+ people, making the lack of
protection a great opening for the continuity of attacks and gratuitous hatred.
