    Resumo
The study addresses the analysis of how the transformations in organizations and work resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the mental health aspect of occupational psychology professionals. The research included a bibliographic survey with an integrative review design. Based on the results, only three articles were considered for discussion on the subject. In conclusion, the study points out that the adoption of the homeoffice, the organization's management in the face of the pandemic and insecurity due to the virus are potential factors that affect the mental health of occupational psychology professionals. A lack of scientific studies aimed at the work of occupational psychology professionals was also notified, with the development of future research in the area being proposed. Keywords: Covid-19 pandemic; organizational culture; home-office; mental health; psychology.
