Impactos financeiros e as possíveis causas de aditivos contratuais: estudo múltiplo de caso em obra pública de agência bancária.

Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the financial impacts and their respective causes that originate the work additives. It is a descriptive exploratory research, of bibliographic nature, with a qualitative approach, whose samples were collected in a field research inside a construction company, through the analysis of additives spreadsheets during the development of public works, in the period of January from 2018 to December 2018. The results of the research showed that the origin of additives is mainly due to project failures (42%), followed by planning (33%) and budget 25%, as well as these causes that generate additives, they cause impacts on public coffers, generating losses in the delivery time of the projects. Therefore, the use of resources such as the BIM platform helps to control costs that arise in a work, allowing the capture of investments in the design of projects, aiming to obtain better professionals and tools in its elaboration.
