Análise numérica de estruturas de parede de concreto: modelagem computacional do edifício residencial arbo condomínio parque
Resumo
The constant search for improvement in quality management methodologies in the civil
construction market, more precisely the development market, has become highly
demanding and competitive. Thus, in the face of this scenario of constant
transformation and search for more effective options that would make their enterprises
more economically viable, the construction system of Concrete Wall Molded in loco
came to be used on a large scale by several construction companies, when in 2012 it
was standardized of the Brazilian Standard 16055. With its popularization, the
recurrence of the most diverse types of pathologies was observed, namely: cracks in
walls at 45 ° and 90 °; cracks in slabs; concreting niches; and others, with cracks being
the point of interest in this study. Thus, in view of the great socioeconomic importance
of buildings built with concrete walls molded in loco, this study aims to analyze, through
the Finite Element Method, a 12-floor building designed and built by a nationally
renowned company, specialized in concrete wall buildings, which soon after concreting
showed some cracks. In this modeling, the software © Abaqus-CAE Research V2020
was used, where each floor of the building was represented with the degree of
resistance characteristic of its respective concreting cycle, which was obtained through
the technological control of the concrete made in loco. We also sought to analyze the
stress distribution and the deformations in the structural elements, in addition to
conducting a comparative study between the stress distribution analyzed and cracks
found in the post-concreting. Finally, this work should enable a better understanding
of the structural behavior of this building, in addition to defining the structural factors
that may cause cracks
