Resumo
This undergraduate thesis aimed to analyze the role of organizational policies in
promoting the mental health of telecommuting workers. The increasing adoption of
telecommuting requires a comprehensive understanding of how policies implemented
by organizations impact the psychological well-being of remote employees. The
research focused on identifying key organizational policies aimed at promoting
mental health in the context of telecommuting. This study examined the
characteristics and scope of these policies, investigating practices that aim to create
an environment conducive to work-life balance, occupational stress management,
and job satisfaction promotion. Special attention was given to the analysis of
organizational support provided, considering the importance of proper management
and continuous adaptation of policies to meet the dynamic needs of remote
employees. The methodology employed included a qualitative, exploratory, and

descriptive approach to investigate the role of organizational policies in promoting the
mental health of telecommuting workers. A systematic literature review was
conducted to identify relevant studies on the subject. The results contribute to the
identification of best practices and provide recommendations for enhancing existing
organizational policies or implementing new strategies.
