Aplicação do bim no planejamento de obras: um estudo de caso em eusébio – ce.
Resumo
Construction planning is an essential step in the execution of projects, since from there,
the tasks to be performed are designed in order to optimize construction. Several
methodologies were designed to add more value and ensure greater assertiveness in
the construction of buildings, such as BIM 4D. This work deals with a case study on
the application of BIM in the construction planning stage, with the aim of identifying the
benefits and difficulties during the process. Using Navisworks computational software,
the activities of the executive schedule developed in the case study were integrated
with the virtual model of the enterprise, thus assigning a variable time to the 3D project.
Using the model associated with the planning of the work, a simulation of the
construction of the project in question was carried out and presented to the production
teams. In addition to the simulation, the project managers were given the balance line
of the activities to be carried out, the curve, the labor histogram and the average term
goals to be achieved. At the end of the work, we recommend a positive contribution on
the use of BIM, which enabled the work teams to have a greater understanding of the
project's plan of attack, suggesting the probability of non-adherence to the planning.
However, the greatest difficulties were encountered in the process of preparing the 4D
simulation, which were related to the incompatibility of some restrictions attributed to
the elements of the virtual model with the work packages defined in the executive
planning.
