Setor bancário no Brasil - impactos do perfil de liderança nos resultados dos liderados.
Resumo
This study aimed to present the impacts of the leadership profile on the results of the
employees in the banking sector in Brazil. In order to answer that, it was necessary to identify
the leadership profile in the banking sector in Brazil, as well as to analyze if there is a
predominance in the leadership profile in the banking sector in Brazil and, finally, to analyze
the relationship between the leadership profile and the results obtained by employees. To this
end, the method used for data collection was based on a bibliographic research, through
material collected in databases, from works and publications on the banking sector and
leadership profile, analyzing secondary sources such as scientific articles and dissertations.
Based on the data analysis, it was possible to observe the variety of leadership profiles in the
banking sector in different regions of Brazil, as well as the perception of the employees about
their leaders in the construction of results. The democratic profile is the most common profile.
Through this study, it is possible to observe that the leadership profile in the banking sector is
related to the results of the employees.
