Poliamor: os entraves de reconhecimento como entidade familiar e o entendimento do supremo tribunal federal acerca da modalidade de união.

Abstract

This work is intended solely for information and reflection on a matter of legal and social relevance, Polyamory, pushing away any ideological or political positioning. Here the concept of Polyaffective union will be presented, differentiating this modality of union from bigamy and polygamy, as well as differentiating it from impure concubinage, conceptualized by the noble scholar, Flávio Tartuce. Furthermore, this article brings real cases existing in Brazil through journalistic news. Finally, this work brings the way in which the Courts of Justice in Brazil have positioned themselves in cases of judicialized Polyamory, also bringing the understanding of the Supreme Court on the subject.
