Abstract

This study investigates the Legal Impacts of the Suspension of Actions and Executions in Judicial Reorganization in the context of the current Brazilian economic scenario. Observing the increase in companies seeking judicial reorganization, the research focuses on the post decree period, analyzing how the suspension of actions and executions affects economic rehabilitation and protects the interests of creditors. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive methods and secondary sources, the research aims to define concepts, explore the legal effects and describe the consequences of non-compliance with this measure. In the end, it seeks to comprehensively understand the role of suspension in the context of business rehabilitation, providing insights for future research and contributing to the understanding of its impact on the economic and legal scenario of the business environment.
