A ressocialização e o sistema prisional brasileiro: o paradigma da punição.

Abstract

This present work was constructed as a request to finish the graduation course in Law at Faculdade Ari de Sá, and had as its main axis the analysis of the scenario experienced by inmates and their re-entry into post-prison society, exploring the causes and means that led them to this particular purpose. In short, this work will address the process of resocialization in the Brazilian penitentiary system. Through analysis of surveys, graphics, data, among others. Reviewing the situation of individuals who violated the laws, and were eventually imprisoned. This work will take into account the fact that the Brazilian prison system does not offer good conditions for the individual to recover and return to social life permanently. It will also take as a basis, the fact that the State does not provide support for those who left imprisonment, making them return to prison, making them part of the rates of increase in recidivism. The following guidelines were applied to the development of the aforementioned TCC work, a bibliographic survey of the topic was carried out, using reports, national works, magazines, articles and the like, specialized and reliable websites, as well as the Federal Constitution, the Code Criminal, laws, decrees, among other contents, thus allowing the reader to have a complete and accurate analysis of the work.
