Análise da evolução jurisprudencial no que tange ao reconhecimento e a constituição da união estável no âmbito do tribunal de justiça do estado do Ceará e sua efetividade quanto ao direito patrimonial

Abstract

The present work is a legal article that seeks to analyze the judgments of the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará, with regard to the issues involving the recognition of the stable union and the effects of this right, for the purpose of delimiting whether the said Court it moves towards a standardization of its understanding, thus bringing greater legal security to all those who take their questions to the Judiciary. Among the legal effects of the stable union, he tried to analyze the patrimonial law in the scope of family law, initially we commented on its concept, albeit briefly, for later, when analyzing the decisions of the Court of the State of Ceará, make comments applying the studied material law to the practical experience of the magistrates.
