Modelos contratuais no e-sport e a regulamentação dos esportes eletrônicos

Abstract

The present work approaches objectively the possibility of recognition of the electronic sports athlete, besides presenting the modality. Its specific objective is to present the Pelé Law and the p ossibil ity of its use in E SPORT. It also addresses the growth capacity of E SPORT and the possibilities that the branch offers. It also presents E SPORT as a sport that can be recognized as a sport. Therefore, the deductiv e method was used in the research , to as sertively analyze the jurisprudence and doctrinal knowle dge, being an ugly study to demonstrate the historical evolution of sports legislation in Brazil and showing how it influences the E SPORT. In the end, it is co ncluded that, although it is not yet a b ranch recognized by the legal system, electronic sports can gain this recognition and evolve more and more in the Brazilian scenario requiring its regularization as a sports practice, and the recognition of the rights of those who exercise it.
