A contribuição do Processo Judicial Eletrônico – PJE para a melhoria da prestação Jurisdicional na Justiça do Trabalho

Abstract

The main objective of this work was to analyze the impacts brought about by the appearance of the Electronic Judicial Process (PJE) on the judiciary, with an emphasis on Labor Justice. The implementation of the PJE raised questions about the real effectiveness of the provision of services to the jurisdiction, as well as the work mechanisms of the civil servants. This change brought developments that enabled several improvements in the jurisdictional provision. This research seeks to present the radical changes and advances in the procedural routine in the Labor Court, after the implementation of the PJE, showing the advantages of this, over the obsolete bureaucracy and slowness of the physical process. The work was carried out through bibliographic research and on institutional websites of organs of the Judiciary. The results and conclusions reached were as follows: the electronic process is indeed a reality capable of revolutionizing Labor Justice, insofar as it brought enormous advances in terms of effectiveness and speed of proceedings.
