Uberização do trabalho: modernização ou precarização das relações trabalhistas?

Abstract

The present work intends to make an analysis of the contemporary work relations, strongly impacted by the innovations brought by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The phenomenon of Sharing Economy, Uberization and the impacts that such events had on the international labor scope were discussed. The objective was to analyze and understand how new technologies influence and change the work environment, and what are the consequences of these changes. To this end, a historical analysis of the Industrial Revolutions was made, followed by a study on the new forms of work, flexibility and deregulation of the same, and then it was sought to understand whether the new order presented can be seen as a modernization or a precariousness of the work of the man.
