A contribuição da psicologia organizacional no desenvolvimento de programas de promoção de diversidade feminina e racial em cargos de gestão.
Resumo
The main purpose of this article is to discuss the contribution of Organizational Psychology to
foster the development of programs that promote female and racial diversity in corporations,
with a focus on senior management positions, understanding, then, how to build the dynamics
of employability, permeated by rooted cultural issues of race and gender in companies. This
bibliographical research, with a qualitative character, was carried out from the search in two
platforms of digital databases of national sources: Scientific Electronic Library Online
(SciELO) and Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), in the
Portuguese language, prioritizing more recent materials, which reflect on the current reality
on the subject. In addition, it is worth mentioning that scientific articles, course conclusion
works, dissertations and theses were considered. It can be concluded that there are measures
that have been taken in Brazil, from the perspective of Organizational and Work Psychology,
but that there are several other possibilities for the inclusion of black women in managerial
positions, which have not yet been satisfactorily explored. There is a contribution of this work
to the scope of development of female and ethnic-racial diversity programs in corporations,
thinking about historical reparation and equal conditions for these minority groups.
