Abstract

The physical and financial monitoring of works is a relevant factor in decision-making in order to control the result of works. For this to be possible, the present work aims to deal with the implementation of a report aimed at physical and financial monitoring, where the model initially remaining for a construction company focused on high standard works, being adapted for a construction company focused on social housing projects. The report has a calculator that demonstrates the result of the work based on the expenses incurred and the physical progress, making a monthly projection of the deviation from the budget of the work. With the proposed new model, there was an increase in productivity, as well as a financial gain for the construction company, which will continue with the adapted report. Keywords: Construction.
